A)本体 Housing
※1号，2号及3号本体，其出力轴径介于Φ18-Φ28之间，减速机本体皆采用铝合金材质ADC-12。

※4号，5号及6号本体，其出力轴径介于Φ32-Φ50之间，减速机本体皆采用铸铁材质FC-20。

B)1/2/3段齿轮1ST,2ND&3RD Stage gear
※齿轮经**密滚齿加工，齿轮加工**度等级为2-3级。
Gear **hining by precision hobbing **hine ，gear precision level between grade2-3.
※齿轮材质为S45C，调质至HRC210再经高**热处理至HR**5°~48°。
Gear with S45C material . By normalize & induction harde** heat treatment to hardness HRC 45°~48°.
C)二/三段齿轴2ND& 3RD Stage pinion
※齿轴经SKIVING**密滚齿加工齿轮**度等级为1-2级。
Gear pinion **hining by skiving cutting pinion precision level between grade 1-2.
※齿轴材质为SCM21 ,调质至HRC210 再经渗碳热处理至HRC58 °~61°。
Pinion with SCM21materal. By normalize & carbonize harde** heat treatmeni to hardness HRC 58 °~61°.
D)马达齿轴 Motor shaft
※马达齿轴经SKIVING**密滚齿加工，齿轴**度等级为1-2级
Motor shaft gear pinion **hining by skiving cutting, pinion precision level between prade 1-2.
※材质为SC** ,调质至HRC210 再经高**热处理至HRC50°-53°。
Pinion with SC** SC** materlal. By normalize & Induction harde** heat treatment to hardness HAC 50°-53°.
E)轴承 Bearing
※马达部份皆采用瑞典SKF或同等级**密轴承，以确保**运转寿命。

※呆用铝合金**用IP-55铝制摇线盒，防水性及防尘性佳。
