本系列电动机符合国家标准GB3836.1-2010《性环境 第1部分：设备 通用要求》和GB3836.2-2010《性环境 第2部分：由隔爆外壳“d”保护的设备》的规定。同时其隔爆结构和参数的设计参照了IEC60079-1《电气设备隔爆外壳的结构和试验》和EN50018《性环境用电气设备“d”》标准。电动机制成隔爆型。防爆标志为Ex d Ⅰ Mb、Ex d ⅡA T4 Gb、Ex d ⅡB T4 Gb、Ex d ⅡC T4 Gb，分别适用于煤矿井下固定式设备及工厂用ⅡA级、ⅡB、ⅡC级，温度组别为T1～T4组的性气体混和物的场所。

本系列电动机功率等级和安装尺寸符合国际电工委员会（IEC）标准。且对应关系和YB3系列相同，因此可以与YB3电机互换。
Both of the power rating and installation size of the motor are complywith the international electrotechnical commission (IEC) standards .Andcorresponding relation same as the YB2 series, so they can swap with YB2 motor.
