一种估算方法是同时考虑施工现场的动力和照明用电,可按照下列公式计算:

One estimation method is to consider both the power and lighting power consumption at the construction site. It can be calculated according to the following formulas:

S=K{(∑P1÷ηcosφ)K1K2+∑P2K3}

公式中各部分的代表含义如下:

S:工地总用电量;

S: Total site electricity consumption;

K:备用系数,一般取K=1.05~1.1;

K: Standby coefficient, generally K = 1.05 ~ 1.1;

∑P1:全工地动力设备的额定输出功率总和,KW;

_P1: The total rated output power of power equipment in the whole site, KW;

∑P2:全工地照明用电量总和,KW;

_P2: The total lighting power consumption of the whole site, KW;

η:动力设备效率,即各电动机的平均效率,一般取η=0.85;JEM电机引接线

_: Power equipment efficiency, that is, the average efficiency of each motor, generally take_ = 0.85;;;;

cosφ:功率因素,建筑工地一般取用 0.65;

Cos_: power factor, construction site generally used 0.65;

K1:全部动力设备同时使用系数,一般五台一下时取K1=0.6,五台以上时取K1=0.4~0.5;

K2:动力负荷系数,主要考虑没有因性质不同在负荷时的工作情况,一般取K2=0.75~1;

K3:照明设备同时使用系数,一般取K3=0.6~0.9;

另一种方法,如果工地照明用电量很小,为简明计算,可在动力用电量之外再加10%,作为总用电量,这就可以用下面的公式计算:

得出总的用电量之后,再计算工地所需的总电流,其公式为:

After the total electricity consumption is obtained, the total current required for the site is calculated. The formula is as follows:

I=(Sz×1000)÷(1.73×U)

I=(Sz*1000)(1.73*U)

公式中I:表示总电流,A;Sz:表示工地总用电量,KVA;U:表示供电系统的线电压,U=380V。
